Bioproductions (B-Best) call for international mobility

Support for incoming/outgoing mobility projects for scientists working on biomass characterisation and processing, industrial biotechnologies, bio-based chemistry and related human and social science issues.

Call for international mobility B-BEST 2024

Call for proposals to support incoming/outgoing mobility projects for scientists working on the programme's themes. It will support international exchanges, with a view to sharing data, tools, methods or acquiring scientific and technical skills in connection with one of the 5 scientific axes of the PEPR B-BEST.

This call for projects is not only reserved for the winners of the B-BEST programme projects and participants in the targeted B-BEST projects, but is open to all scientists, doctoral or post-doctoral students, wishing to carry out either an incoming or an outgoing mobility from January 2025 to December 2025 in or from a French research unit linked to the themes of PEPR B-BEST.

It should be noted that the projects will have to be managed by a French supervisory body of the host unit (incoming mobility) or of origin (outgoing mobility) of the person concerned and will therefore be subject to the management rules of this body for the setting up and implementation of the mission, as well as to the Financial regulations of the French National Research Agency (ANR) for PEPRs.

In addition, PEPR B-BEST is also committed to professional equality and the fight against discrimination. We are committed to supporting and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion within our community. We therefore encourage applications from a wide range of backgrounds.

It is important to note that a short report of around 300 words will be requested at the end of the assignment and will appear on the programme website. It will be used to justify expenditure to the ANR. In addition, incoming mobile scientists may be invited to contribute to events organised by PEPR B-BEST.

The minimum amount funded will be €1,000.
Duration of mobility: priority will be given to projects lasting between 3 weeks and three months.
