IBISBA - Move&Connect / Bridging biotech communities across Europe

This program aims to fund mobility initiatives related to work, learning, skills transfer, or the development of collaborations that must involve a French research infrastructure (related to biotechnology, with priority given to IBISBA), either as the host institution or as the home institution.

Welcome to the platform for submitting and evaluating applications for the IBISBA - Move&Connect European Mobility Call

IBISBA is a European research infrastructure dedicated to industrial biotechnology. It offers researchers from academia and industry around the world a single point of access to integrated services for end-to-end bioprocess development.
In partnership with the PEPR B-BEST program—co-led by INRAE and IFPEN, whose objective is to support research in the field of the bioeconomy—and with the aim of fostering European scientific cooperation, IBISBA will launch a call for European mobility in early 2027.

The objective of this call is to support short- or medium-term mobility initiatives that foster scientific, technical, and organizational exchanges between IBISBA’s French platforms and European partner platforms, with a view to building the community, sharing expertise, and laying the groundwork for future collaborations.

The call is designed to:
· strengthen ties between IBISBA’s French platforms and European platforms;
· promote the exchange of scientific, technological, and methodological expertise;
· enable staff, doctoral students, engineers, researchers, and technicians to explore European research infrastructures;
· host European staff in France who wish to work with the French IBISBA platforms;
· prepare for future collaborative projects, without funding mere participation in conferences.
